Intro
Step-by-step guides for the Flo mobile application.
This section contains tutorials for using the Flo mobile application.
The app supports two field roles:
- SR (sales representative): orders, shop registration, and shop edits.
- DSR (delivery sales representative): deliveries and cash collection.
App navigation
After Login, the app opens Home. Use the bottom tab bar to move to another main area. The available tabs depend on the signed-in role:

The main journeys begin as follows:
- SR order: Order → shop card or map marker → Shop Details → Proceed to next. An SR can choose Edit & Proceed from Shop Details first.
- DSR delivery: Delivery → delivery card or map marker → Shop Details → Proceed to next.
- SR shop registration or management edit: start from Shop.
- History, settings, diagnostics, or logout: start from Info.
