Order

Starting point

After signing in, use the bottom navigation to open Order. Selecting a shop opens Shop Details, which must be completed before the order Visit step begins.

Select a shop

1. Select an assigned, unvisited shop from the list or map. Search or change location selection as needed.
2. On Shop Details, wait for a real device location. With the SR location restriction enabled, Proceed to next is available only within 50 metres of the shop. A missing or mocked location blocks the action.
3. Tap Proceed to next, or use Edit & Proceed first.

Order steps

1. Visit

1. Capture one clear shop-front photo. The photo can be retaken.
2. Tap Submit and confirm. The app saves the visit, queues the photo upload, and opens Orders. The Visit step cannot be reopened.

2. Orders

1. Search the active product list.
2. Increase or decrease each order quantity. A product quantity is limited to 0–500.
3. Optionally apply a discount or free-product offer. Changing that product's quantity clears its offer.
4. Review the quantities, offers, and total.
5. Tap Confirm order. Zero products are allowed here and are handled as a no-order visit in the final step.

3. Images

1. Capture at least one shelf photo. Up to five shelf photos can be kept.
2. Review, add, or delete photos.
3. Tap Proceed to next after at least one photo exists.

4. Summary and submit

1. Review dues, products, totals, and shelf photos.
2. If no products were selected, choose a reason such as shop closed, no order, location changed, shop not found, or shop destroyed.
3. Tap Submit and confirm.
4. The app saves the result, queues shelf-photo uploads, and returns to Order.

Once the Visit step is submitted, trying to leave before the order result is submitted shows a warning.

Test-user differences

• A test SR can bypass the 50-metre distance check only after tapping the location refresh button on shop details.
• The bypass still requires an available, non-mocked device location. It does not bypass a loading, missing, or mocked location.
• Test DSR users do not see the Order tab.
