Delivery

Starting point

After signing in, use the bottom navigation to open Delivery. Selecting an eligible delivery opens Shop Details, which must be completed before the delivery Visit step begins.

Select a delivery

1. Select an assigned delivery from the list or map. Change the date range or search by shop name as needed.
2. Review Shop Details. A completed delivery cannot be opened again.
3. Tap Proceed to next. A device location is required, but the SR 50-metre restriction does not apply.

Delivery steps

1. Visit

1. Capture one clear shop-front photo.
2. If delivery cannot continue, optionally choose an issue reason: shop closed, no delivery, location changed, shop not found, or shop destroyed.
3. Tap Submit and confirm. With no issue, the app saves the visit, queues the photo upload, and continues to Delivery. With an issue, it saves the result and returns to the list.

2. Delivery

1. Review the products from the sales order.
2. Adjust each delivered quantity. It can be reduced to zero but cannot exceed the ordered quantity.
3. Review or change the discount or free-product offer. Each offer supports at most one free-product SKU.
4. Review the quantities, offers, and total, then tap Proceed to cash collection.

3. Cash collection

1. Review the current bill and any earlier outstanding bills for the shop.
2. Enter a collection amount for every payable bill. Each value must be from zero through that bill's outstanding amount and may have up to two decimal places.
3. Already collected bills are read-only. Bill-loading or bill-data errors block progress.
4. When every payable bill has a valid value, tap Proceed to summary.

4. Summary and submit

1. Review delivered products, offers, totals, and cash collection.
2. Tap Submit and confirm. At least one delivered product is required.
3. The app saves the delivery and collections, then returns to Delivery.

Once the Visit step is submitted, trying to leave before completing the delivery shows a warning.

Test-user differences

Test DSR users have no delivery shortcuts. Test SR users do not see the Delivery tab.
