File upload tracker
Understand the file-upload status shown on Home.
Starting point
After signing in, Home opens automatically. From another screen, use the bottom navigation to return to Home and view the tracker.
Tracker states
- Checking uploads: status is loading.
- Uploading: one or more files are pending.
- All files uploaded: no pending files were found.
- Couldn't check uploads: status could not be loaded.
Workflow photos upload automatically after submission. Successful uploads remove their local copies; unsuccessful uploads retry in the background.
Important limitation
The Home card counts only pending records. All files uploaded does not
include queued, uploading, failed, or missing records.
Use Local images cleanup to inspect locally captured images. Cleanup is blocked while any pending, queued, uploading, or failed file record exists.
