Shop details
Review a shop and pass the checks required before an order or delivery.
Starting point
- SR: From the bottom navigation, open Order, then select an unvisited shop from the list or Order map.
- DSR: From the bottom navigation, open Delivery, select the required date range, then select an eligible delivery from the list or Delivery map.
Review the shop
- Review the shop name, address, and image.
- Call the owner or open directions when needed.
- If details fail to load, tap Retry.
Before an SR order
- Wait for the app to obtain a real, high-accuracy device location.
- Review the distance to the shop. Refresh location if it is stale or missing.
- With the SR restriction enabled, Proceed to next becomes available only when the user is within 50 metres. A loading, missing, or mocked location blocks it.
- Tap Proceed to next to open the order Visit step, or tap Edit & Proceed to request shop changes before starting the visit.
An already visited shop cannot start another order visit.
Before a DSR delivery
- Review the shop information. The SR 50-metre restriction does not apply.
- Tap Proceed to next. A device location is still required.
- The delivery Visit step opens when location is available.
A completed delivery or a selection without its sales-order reference cannot proceed.
Test-user differences
- A test SR can bypass the 50-metre restriction only after manually refreshing location. A real, available, non-mocked location is still required.
- Test DSR users receive no Shop Details shortcut.
