Task history

Starting point

After signing in, use the bottom navigation to open Info, then find the History section.

Open history

1. Under History, tap the available history item. SR users see Completed orders; DSR users see Completed deliveries.
2. Change the date range or search by shop name or address as needed.

SR: Completed orders

1. Use the summary cards as filters:
   • Shop Visits shows the report's visited-shop list.
   • Orders keeps non-cancelled order records.
   • Delivery keeps non-cancelled records that have been delivered.
2. Review assigned and visited counts, conversion, and values.
3. Open a shop to review status, amounts, ordered and delivered quantities, discounts, and free products.

DSR: Completed deliveries

1. Use the summary cards to filter Visits, completed Delivery, or Cancelled records.
2. Review assigned, visited, delivered, cancelled, and unvisited totals.
3. Review the Product Returns table for ordered, delivered, and returned totals. When free products exist, use Separate free to show them separately or combine them with their parent products.
4. Open a shop to review delivery status, value, cancellation reason, and ordered, delivered, and returned quantities.

Test-user differences

None, apart from the optional ・Test User title label.
