Vehicle Loading Sheet

Open the page

In the Warehouse layout, select Operations → Vehicle Loading Sheet (/vls).

Review orders

1. Select Date range and click Sync Sales Orders.
2. On Orders, use status filters and expand routes to inspect shop orders.
3. If orders lack sales orders, use Approve Orders From Chainlink, then sync again.
4. Open Pending SO Summary to review unassigned sales orders.

Prepare a batch

1. Click Generate VLS to open Draft VLS.
2. For each vehicle, enter Truck No., Driver, DSR, and Approx. cost.
3. Use the shop-add control to select shops, or drag shop cards between vehicles. Remove unwanted shops and use Add another vehicle when needed. To remove a draft vehicle, click its trash button and confirm.
4. Review products, quantities, and totals.
5. Click Finalize batch, choose Delivery Date, and click Generate VLS.

Add Ready Sale stock

1. Select a DSR, then click Add Ready Sale on the vehicle.
2. Download the Excel template, fill in trade discounts and dispatch quantities, and choose the completed file.
3. Fix preview errors and click Create ready sale. Only one Ready Sale is allowed in the draft batch.

On VLS, filter by delivery or created date and click View Details to open Vehicle Details.
