Open the page

From Vehicle Loading Sheet, open the VLS tab and click a vehicle's View Details (/vls/<vls-id> with its vehicle selection).

Review and download

1. Check the DSR, vehicle, driver, dates, status, and loaded totals.
2. Review All Products Breakdown. Use the quantity-detail and Ready Sale switches to change the breakdown.
3. Expand shop rows to review their products.
4. Click Generate Map Route and wait for the route to load. Use View Map Route to reopen it later.
5. Download Vehicle Loading Sheet, All Shop Challans, or a shop's challan. Vehicles with shops need a generated map route before downloading.

Resolve deliveries (three Excel paths)

Use one close-out style for the open SOs you are finishing. On a mixed trip you may still run Ready Sale and SR App paths separately while each side is open.

Bulk Delivery Confirm (Ready Sale, accurate)

1. For an undelivered vehicle with an open Ready Sale order, click Bulk Delivery Confirm.
2. Download its Excel template, enter delivery details, and click Choose Excel file.
3. Resolve every preview error, review the rows, and submit.

Resolve SR App SOs (detail Excel, accurate)

1. When the vehicle has open SR app shop orders, click Resolve SR App SOs.
2. Download the prefilled detail template, fill outcome columns only, upload, and submit.
3. Ready Sale is not included in this file.

Resolve VLS from totals (bag totals)

1. When any shop or Ready Sale SO is still open, click Resolve VLS from totals.
2. Download the VLS-summed template (Ready Sale headers), fill outcomes, upload, and submit.
3. Tower allocates across open SOs. Shop/SO detail may be impure; truck totals should still reconcile.

None of these Excel files record cash. After resolve, finish cash and any remaining warehouse settle in Cash Collection.
