Route Assignments

Open the page

In the Warehouse layout, select Operations → Route Assignments (/route-assignments).

Review and assign routes

1. Select a Route group. The active and scheduled group indicators show its status.
2. On Routes, open a route's shops or click Route Mapping to inspect its area.
3. On SO Assignments, click the officer's day cell.
4. Select an available route and click Assign. Adding another route enables emergency mode for that day.
5. Use Remove to remove an assignment when available; today's assignments cannot be removed.
6. Open Assignment Activity to review assignments.

Manage route groups

• Add route group: enter a group name and click Create group.
• Schedule Route Group Change: choose a future date and time, select the target group, and click Schedule group.
• Cancel scheduled switch: cancel an existing scheduled change before replacing it.

Create route areas in Route Mapping.
