Shop Edit Requests

Open the page

In the Warehouse layout, select Review → Shop Edit Requests (/shop-edit-requests). Shop requests are shared across warehouses.

Review changes

1. Select Pending and click the request's View details.
2. Compare Current and Requested details, including the photo and location.
3. For each field requiring a decision, select the value to keep or enter a correction.
4. After resolving every field, click Approve & apply.
5. To reject instead, enter a rejection note of at least five characters and click Reject request.
6. Check the status tab, then open Shops to review the record.
