Parent Company Links
Link SRs to the parent companies they sell in a warehouse.
Open the page
In the Client layout, select Admin → Parent Company Links (/parent-company-links).
An SR must first be assigned to the warehouse in Warehouse Assignments. Each SR can be linked to one parent company at a time.
Link SRs by parent company
- Select the Warehouse. The cards show unlinked SRs and parent companies without SRs.
- In By parent company, click Manage on a parent company.
- Tick SRs to link them, or untick them to unlink. An SR already linked to another parent company can be ticked to move them here.
- Click Save changes. Moves and unlinks ask for confirmation first.
Link SRs one at a time
- Open By SR.
- Pick a parent company for the SR, or Not linked to unlink them.
- Confirm when the SR is moved or unlinked.
Unlinking archives the link; it is never deleted. A parent company marked No active products keeps its links, but new SRs cannot be linked to it.
